Katrina Seigerman, MS, LPC-S, CRC, ACS
I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, and I’ve always known that holding space for others is what I was meant to do. My career has taken me through a wide range of settings—from hospital outpatient programs and community mental health to mobile crisis units, hospice and palliative care, and clinical supervision roles. I'm licensed in both New Jersey and Texas.
My specialties include women's issues, work/life balance, grief, life transitions, relationships, redefining one's sense of identity at any stage of life, and substance use recovery. I also bring extensive experience in chronic medical conditions—particularly brain injury—and am passionate about helping individuals of all abilities reconnect with their communities and themselves at the highest level of independence possible.
At my core I'm an advocate, a connector, an avid reader, and deeply believe that people, when handled with care and respect, can learn to find strength in the struggle and heal old wounds with vulnerability and dignity.
Drue Seigerman, LPC, LCDC
Licensed psychotherapist for over 20 years with experience working as an administrator for several substance use treatment centers across New Jersey and Texas and as an adjunct professor in addictions. With a background as a former police officer, I have a unique perspective in working with first responders, veterans, and individuals facing high-stress professions. Specialties include helping individuals and families navigate challenges related to addiction, PTSD, anxiety, and relationship dynamics. My approach is compassionate, direct, and tailored to your unique needs—whether you're seeking guidance through recovery, coping with stress, or working to rebuild relationships.
