Katrina Seigerman MS, LPC-S, CRC, ACS

Licensed Psychotherapist

Katrina Seigerman, MS, LPC-S, CRC, ACS, is a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has worked across a diverse range of settings, including hospital outpatient programs, community mental health, mobile crisis units, hospice and palliative care, and clinical supervision. She holds licenses in both New Jersey and Texas.

Her areas of specialization include women’s issues, work/life balance, grief, life transitions, relationships, and helping individuals redefine their sense of identity at any stage of life. She also has extensive experience supporting individuals with chronic medical conditions—particularly brain injuries—and is deeply committed to helping people of all abilities reconnect with their communities and themselves at the highest level of independence possible.

At her core, Katrina is an advocate and connector. She is an avid reader who believes that, when handled with care and respect, people can find strength in struggle and heal old wounds through vulnerability and dignity.

Drue Seigerman, LPC, LCDC

Licensed Psychotherapist

With over 20 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist, Drue Seigerman, LPC, LCDC, has worked as an administrator for several substance use treatment centers across New Jersey and Texas and has served as an adjunct professor in addictions. A former police officer, Drue brings a unique perspective to therapy, particularly when working with first responders, veterans, and individuals in high-pressure professions.

Drue specializes in helping individuals and families address challenges related to addiction, PTSD, anxiety, and relationship dynamics. His therapeutic style is compassionate, direct, and tailored to each client’s needs, whether they are seeking guidance through recovery, learning to manage stress, or working to restore and strengthen relationships.

Kristin Ordanes, LPC-Associate (supervised by Amy Culberson, LPC-S) brings over three years of experience as a high school Mental Health Specialist, where she supported adolescents through crisis situations, trauma, anxiety, depression, and everyday stressors. She has extensive experience with crisis de-escalation, group facilitation, and helping clients develop practical, effective coping skills.

Kristin uses a solution-focused, collaborative approach to help clients clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and move toward meaningful change. Her style is supportive, nonjudgmental, and grounded in helping clients feel empowered and capable.

As a young widow, Kristin brings a deep, personal understanding of grief—whether related to the loss of a loved one or the loss of a life once envisioned. She is passionate about walking alongside clients navigating profound loss with empathy, authenticity, and care.

Kristin specializes in working with teens (13–18), young adults, and individuals experiencing grief, and is committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in healing and growth.
